1. Exercises and Your Health
Its true that a little exercise here and there, a little jogging and running helps you keep fit. But stressful exercise isn't going to help you. Exercise simply helps your heart to circulate blood better, but be careful with long period and stressful exercises, because it increases the wear and tear of your heart. All parts of the body are definitely bound to wear off after a long period of time, but stressful exercise would just make your heart wear out faster. It's like saying a car will last longer if you drive it faster
